Please read this Intended Use document before using this product, or giving it to your child to use during play, to avoid injury, misuse or mishandling while using this product.

This is an accessory product and can be used by children and adults of all ages. When used properly, the No Heat Slide Seat™ is a safe play accessory item.

This product is meant only for use while the user is seated on the Slide Seat™ on slides, swings and other flat, solid surfaces, typically at and around playgrounds. This product is not meant to be used by more than one person at a time and should only be used with adult supervision.

Do not stand, jump or run on the Slide Seat ™ while in use on any surface.

This product is not meant to be used in water and will not keep users or clothes dry.

The No Heat Slide Seat™ is not meant to prevent injury, burns, cuts or any other type of damage or injury to person or property.

Slide Seats™ are not meant to be used for any activity other than those described in our retail store online or within this document.

When you receive this product and its Intended Use document, you assume responsibility to use this product only in the ways described in this document and any injury sustained while using this product will be deemed the fault of the user or supervising adult and Jake and Jo, LLC, it’s representatives or its owners cannot be held liable for such injuries caused by the misuse, mishandling or improper supervision of use of the No Heat Slide Seat™.
